Reepham Raiders Promotional Video
Kaylie Bickle, Chloe Ward and myself shot and complied this promotional video for the local dodgeball team. We completed this exercise to familiarise ourselves with the technology and skills we will need for our own music videos. Here is our finished result!

G324: Audience Profile Research Task (2)
Audience Profile
Fashion-
The fashion of a stereotypical audience for these bands would follow the styling of the bands, wearing the same kind of clothing they see on the artists. Fans tend to try and copy or reprecate the kind of clothing their "idols" wear. Therefore I think that a stereotypical fan would wear clothing such as jeans, shirts, shorts, casually coloured/patterned tops. The materials found could follow as cotton, nylon, denim, leather.
Liesure Activities-
The bands I have chosen do not voice any particular leisure activities that a fan could follow. However I would assume that the stereotypical audience member would be a great fan of music, and attend many gigs/concerts. Also the three bands often attend festivals so the stereotypical fan would also enjoy and regularly attend festival event.s
Socio Economic Background-
I feel that this kind of music appeals to people from a wide range of socio economic backgrounds so it is hard to specify a particular background to the genre.

When I took the Channel 4's Tribe test I got the result of "Indie Scenesters"
I agree with this "tribe" to a certain extent but feel it is too general and some of the Tribe aspects do not apply to me at all. The questionnaire asked very specific questions and I found none of the answers were true for me. Therefore I picked what I thought to be closest and thus produced a result I was not 100% compatible with. I do think this tribe reflects a musical preference, but as I tend not to stick simply to one genre it doesn't reflect my musical preference accurately.

Favourite Music Video
I have chosen this music video because I really like the scenic long shots which really link well with the music. The video uses the scenery and cinmatography well to expose the lengthy, stylistic shots of close up on waves or melting ice and the mans face. The video looks slightly like an extract from the film and I love the use of (or lack of) colour to create an atmosphere.
